How to install MIUI V3 ROM on
Samsung Galaxy Y S5360
MIUI (pronounced as "Me You I"),
developed by Xiaomi Tech, is an
aftermarket firmware for mobile
phones based on the open-source
Android operating system. MIUI
itself is closed source and thus in
breach of the GPL. It features a
heavily-modified user interface that
does away with the Android app
drawer and has drawn comparisons
with Apple's iOS and Samsung's
TouchWiz UI. The Custom ROM
includes additional functionality not
found in stock Android, including
toggles on the notification pull-
down, new music, gallery, and
camera apps, and an altered phone
dialer that displays matching
contacts as a user enters a number.
This ROM is very fast, smooth and
stable. It is also very good for
battery life.

How to Install:
1. First you have to ROOT your
phone.
2. Copy the downloaded ROM,
Kernel, Gapps and CWM files to SD-
Card
3. Start your phone in recovery Mode
(Hold Volume Up, Home Key, Power
Button together).
4. Select file from SD card and
choose CWM file.
5. In CWM go to Mounts and Storage
first and mount /system, /data and /
cache.
6. Go back to main menu in CWM
and choose install zip from sdcard.
7. Select kernel file
8. After that Restart your phone in
recovery Mode (Hold Volume Up,
Home Key, Power Button together). A
new CWM recovery mode will appear.
9. Go to Mounts and Storage and
mount /system, /data and /cache.
10. Then format /system, /data and /
cache and then Mount all of them
again.
11. Go back to main menu in CWM
and choose install zip from sdcard.
12. Select ROM file and install it.
13. Next flash Gapps file.
14. Reboot and enjoy.
Now you have successfully installed
MIUI V3 ROM in your Samsung
Galaxy Y S5360.
