How can you access the deep web on a mobile phone?
It depends on which mobile device you're using (and also which network). Since Tor is the most popular way of accessing the deep web, I'll explain that first.
If you have an Android device, the best apps to use are both Orbot (which connects you to the Tor network), and Orweb (which is the actual browser). Both have to be functioning in order for you to access Tor. An alternative to Orweb would be Orfox, which is essentially the same thing, but it's still in beta mode.
